本規約は、Bawic Studio（以下「当方」）が提供する空き通知サービス「AkiWatch」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスの利用をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。
お知らせの対象期間は、購入時に選択した宿泊日までです。選択された全ての宿泊日が経過した時点で、当該購入分のサービスは自動的に終了します。期間中の通知回数に制限はありません。
当方は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前通知なく本サービスの内容変更・提供停止を行うことがあります。有料期間中の利用者に重大な影響がある場合は、可能な限り事前にお知らせします。
当方は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争については静岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern the use of "AkiWatch" operated by Bawic Studio ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
AkiWatch periodically checks publicly available vacancy calendars of mountain huts and notifies you when an opening is detected. We are an unofficial service, not affiliated with any hut. We do not make bookings on your behalf — always book through the hut's official page. There may be a delay between an opening appearing and our notification; instant notification is not guaranteed.
Prices are as shown on the purchase page, charged by credit card via Stripe. No changes or refunds after purchase, except where the service could not be provided due to a failure on our side.
Your alert coverage ends automatically once all selected stay dates have passed. Unlimited notifications during the period.
We do not guarantee that an opening will occur, that notifications will arrive, or that you will secure a booking. Detection may be delayed, missed, or inaccurate due to changes or failures of the source websites. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Reselling based on our notifications, hoarding reservations, unauthorized access, imposing excessive load on the service, and any unlawful conduct are prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Shizuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
